This group is for those who want to enhance their visibility beyond their workplaces.

Who should join:

• You have a full or part-time job but wish to express yourself beyond your workplace, increase visibility, establish yourself as experts in your fields.
• You want to develop your personal brand but want to do that more consistently and surrounded by people with relevant experience, from whom you can learn and grow faster.
• You want to share your experience with others.

How we will work:

• Individual strategic sessions with each participant, during which I will help define goals and projects for the mastermind group, create a high-level plan, and examine it from various angles. We will discuss the resources needed to achieve these goals, potential difficulties you may face, and factors that will support you along the way.
• Sprint 1: 3 weeks. We’ll meet weekly
• 1 week break to reflect, learn from the sprint 1, and plan the next sprint.
• Sprint 2: 3 week. We’ll meet weekly
• Celebration of our achievements.
• Online meeting duration is 2.5-3h
• 4-5 participants in the group
• Participation cost: 1100 PLN (250 EUR)
